Gill Civil Engineering Limited (GCEL) has recently completed barrier repair works on the M25 J24-J25 alongside Skanska.

Due to an incident requiring immediate works, GCEL were called in last minute to carry out this emergency repair.

The Gill Group of Companies understood the urgency and importance of the works, having GCEL, Britannia Onsite Concrete Ltd and Titan Plant Hire Ltd mobilised there resources onto site the same night.

Working within lane closures on a live motorway, a total of 45m of Concrete Barrier was broken out and reinstated from the 07/04/2018 – 09/04/2018.

A Special thanks to Skanska, & ConnectPlus for giving us the opportunity to work alongside them, our Paving Manager Don O’Connor who cut his holiday short so the project could go ahead smoothly and to the rest of our paving team who made it onsite at such a short notice.
