As of February 2018, Gill Civil Engineering has started works on the rehabilitation of taxiway Quebec at East Midlands Airport. 

The scope of works at East Midlands Airport includes: 

• Breakout/removal of existing PQ concrete, lean concrete, surface water drainage and sub-base.
• Installation of the new land drain, AGL ducting, sub-base, wet lean concrete, AGL pits and Gatic slot drain.
• Lay new Sub-base, lean mix, and PQ concrete.
• All work on day shifts, in the airside working environment.
